Registration

Registration is subject to approval. First preference is given to financial institutions, corporate and government end users, and commercial payments practitioners. Suppliers to the industry should call +1.303.915.4924 to determine if they are eligible for registration. Sponsorship and advertising packages include supplier passes. If a supplier submits an unapproved registration and it is refunded it will be subject to a US$250 administration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend a substitute is always welcome at no extra charge. Please notify customerservice@commercialpaymentsinternational.com about any substitutes.

Refunds are available as follows: until February 24, 2010, a full refund less a US$295 processing fee will be made for requests received in writing at customerservice@commercialpaymentsinternational.com. After February 24, 2010, 50% of the amount will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after March 13, 2010. All requests for refunds must be received in writing. All refunds will be processed to the credit card used for payment.

CPI does not issue refunds for circumstances beyond the registrant’s control, such as weather, delayed flights, etc.

Fee 

The standard fee to attend CPI’s Global Commercial Cards and Payments Summit is US$1,995 per delegate. This includes all sessions, continental breakfasts, luncheons, networking reception and other refreshments. Payment is due upon registration and may be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club cards. If you require an invoice for payment please request one at customerservice@commercialpaymentsinternational.com. 

Accommodations

A block of rooms is being held at the summit venue, the Hilton Hotel, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY, USA 10019. CPI has negotiated a special summit delegate rate of US$229.00 plus taxes per night available from March 20 to 27, 2010. Reservations should be made directly with the hotel and by February 19, 2010, to obtain this special rate.
