A commercial payments practitioner for over two decades, Kareem currently oversees Fraedom’s sales organization in both the Americas and EMEA regions. His team is responsible growing Fraedom’s footprint within the banking and commercial payments segments servicing both business card and commercial card issuers.A thought leader in many respects, Kareem has worked with dozens of banks ranging from regional to multinational issuers, helping clients launch their initial card offerings and optimizing and growing their portfolios through adopting new technologies.Kareem’s previous experience includes senior management positions with Visa and MasterCard in product and business development roles. He has also spent a significant portion of his career working as a management consultant and entrepreneur. He is currently responsible for the strategy and execution of the Commercial Card product suite, seeking ways to improve card payments for Canadian mid and large market companies. Arthur Weiner is an accomplished payments industry leader with 30+ years of successfully bringing products to market for leading global companies, including Mastercard, Citibank, US Bank and now Fifth Third Bank. Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank, Arthur spent two years at US Bank as Global Head of Relationship Management for Payables & Travel solutions. He led a sales team in revenue growth of over 1,000 large corporate, middle market clients in the United States, Canada and Europe. Arthur worked at Mastercard for 17 years as a senior manager focused on new product launches for consumer, small business and commercial card products. After receiving his MBA from Adelphi University in New York, he started his professional career with Citibank Diners Club implementing joint marketing programs with major airlines, hotels and car rental companies designed to acquire new cardholders. Arthur lives in Chicago and is a triathlete.

Tony began his career in 1992 with West One Bank and has held various roles at US Bank, Wells Fargo, and local community banks and has over 20 years of experience in payments, cards, and acquiring business lines. Tony graduated from University of Oregon, Northwest Intermediate Banking School, and the ABA School of Bankcard Management. Tony lives in Portland Oregon with his wife and 3 daughters.
