KPMG and Volante Technologies partner on payments diagnostics

Global consulting giants are partnering with fintechs to provide new services and advice.

This week in a statement, KPMG LLP and Volante Technologies have announced that they would be partnering to provide other financial institutions and payment processors with ISO 20022 and Real-Time Payments (RTP) readiness diagnostics.

This along with modern cloud solutions will allow institutions and payment processors to “rapidly modernize their payments processes and operations” to be compliant with the upcoming ISO 20022 industry mandate and Real-Time Payment movement.

Last year, Deloitte teamed up with Volante Technologies for payments modernization that allowed them to ‘transform how they run their payments business’.

Along with being able to become ISO 20022 compliant, the partnership will also allow for the institutions and payment processors with their starting of Real-Time Payments journey and also be ready for the new instant payment initiatives such as FedNow services.

The clients can also leverage to modernize the ACH and wire payments through the services offered by this partnership and also clients as per the joint statement can “strategically position themselves for rapidly progressing payments trends such as connected or embedded banking”.
