BNP Paribas integrates its virtual cards with Coupa Pay

BNP Paribas has announced that its virtual cards as a payment option will be integrated with Coupa business spend management (BSM) platform. With this, a new set of payment and financial solutions within the Coupa BSM platform is available. This partnership will give businesses the ability to better manage suppliers’ payments, the press release said.

Using BNP Paribas virtual cards, businesses will be able to pay suppliers for spending that goes via the Coupa platform and with the integration of BNP Paribus account to Coupa Pay, virtual Cards can be automatically sent to authorised suppliers.

“We developed Coupa Pay to improve the business payments process and help our customers to pay simpler, smarter, and faster. It is exciting that this is now also possible using BNP Paribas virtual credit cards” said Udo Gruenhoff, vice president of Coupa Pay EMEA, Coupa.

The businesses which will adopt this will benefit from increased security through BNP Paribas’ Virtual Card payments, reduced fraud and automated invoice matching and reconciliation. When paid via BNP Paribas Virtual Cards, suppliers will get paid quickly and benefit from enhanced visibility into their payment details.
