EedenBull announces payment technology deal with National Australia Bank

Commercial payments companies are looking beyond their comfortable geographical locations to other countries in order to expand their global footprint and acquire a significant market share.

This week, Norway based commercial payments company, EedenBull has announced a five-year agreement with National Australia Bank (NAB) which would allow the bank to deploy EedenBull’s payment and spend management platform to NAB’s Small and Medium Enterprises clients.

The platform will provide bank clients with track payments and spending in real-time. ‘The bank’s SME customers will prevent cash leakage by ensuring that the right business spending policies are adhered to’, the press release noted.

“Expense management software solutions are so often out of reach for small and medium-sized businesses,” said Tania Motton, NAB Executive for Everyday Business Banking. Adding further she said, “This (product & partnership) will give our customers an intuitive expense management platform with full control and analysis of payments across their business as well as more confidence to allow their teams to spend money”.

EedenBull will provide the bank with a Q Business Platform which would include Q Control for the administrator and Q App for the employee. The bank will issue its own payment cards onto the platform with customers using the Q Business platform to manage card and spend.

EedenBull has already partnered with 65 banks in Europe and the company has now stepped out and expanded further by partnering with NAB in Australia.
