Gonzalez is a graduate of Siena College (Loudonville, NY) and the Federal Reserve’s Business Development University. He resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Shawn works in the Chicago area and has an MBA in International Business from Butler University. He has presented at numerous customer and industry forums and has a wealth of knowledge around the entire Procure to Pay process.
