She has spent most of her career in strategy, consulting for Fortune 100 clients to venture-backed startups. She has led teams to define go-to-market strategies, create operating models, and ideate customer-centric offerings, among other functions. She received her MBA from Chicago Booth, and has been selected as one of 30 women future leaders in payments by Money 20/20 in 2021 and for ETA Transact’s Forty under 40 leaders of the payments industry in 2023.

Paul Uher
Managing director, segment executive merchant services – commercial and corporate banking Wells FargoPaul is a managing director and leads the merchant services business that supports the commercial and corporate banking segments for Wells Fargo. He has responsibility for all aspects of the business segment, including financial performance, business development and relationship management.
Paul has been with Wells Fargo since 1998 in a variety of roles in the treasury and merchant services businesses.
Paul has his Master’s in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and Bachelor of business administration from Ohio University. He is also a Certified Treasury Professional and Certified Payments Professional.

Nick White
SVP, commercial acceptance MastercardNick White is a senior fintech executive with over 28 years’ experience leading product, strategy and innovation across global financial institutions and high-growth ventures. As SVP, Acceptance for Corporate Solutions at Mastercard, he is responsible for advancing the company’s approach to B2B acceptance—spanning card and beyond card—helping businesses engage suppliers, streamline payments, and automate reconciliation at scale.
Before joining Mastercard, Nick held senior leadership roles at Fiserv, where he built high-performing cross-functional teams and led innovation across merchant services. He has also held executive roles at Virgin Mobile, where he was a founding team member driving early innovation in mobile services, and at Barclays, where he helped shape some of the UK’s earliest digital banking propositions.
Nick has also brought that experience to fintech scale-ups, including his role as Chief Product Officer at Pollinate, where he led the company’s strategic repositioning for the US market—supporting the transformation of small business banking and modernising merchant services through bank-led platforms.
He is widely regarded as a trusted voice on the future of fintech, digital transformation, embedded payments, and the evolving role of financial institutions in the digital economy.
