Arthur worked at Mastercard for 17 years as a senior manager focused on new product launches for consumer, small business and commercial card products. After receiving his MBA from Adelphi University in New York, he started his professional career with Citibank Diners Club implementing joint marketing programs with major airlines, hotels and car rental companies designed to acquire new cardholders. Arthur lives in Chicago with his wife and 2 daughters and is a triathlete and marathon runner.

Ben Alderman
Senior Director, Commercial Partnerships and New Initiatives VisaFocused on B2B partnerships and new initiatives for Visa, Ben develops key partnerships that drive mutual value for issuers and their clients. With more than a decade of experience in B2B payments, Ben has held positions in sales leadership, global account management and partnerships, with experience in both issuing and accepting commercial payment products. Ben specializes in new payment flows, global card programs, virtual card and B2B travel. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University Of West England, Bristol, UK.

Bradley Matthews
SVP, Head of Middle Market Product & Marketing U.S. BankBradley Matthews leads the strategic development and marketing of commercial purchasing and travel card programs for U.S. Bank’s middle market business-to-business customers in North America, a position he assumed in February 2015. Before that he led the bank’s strategic travel payment product team. Matthews has been in the financial services and payments business since 1998. His experience includes 13 years leading strategy, development and operations for financial services technologies at American Express. Bradley has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Chris Holmes
SVP KAE ConsultingChris is a Senior Vice President at KAE, the strategic marketing consultancy. Chris joined KAE in 2007 and during this time, he has managed multiple high profile global projects across the payments space (focusing on various issuing and acquiring topics across both the commercial and consumer payments sectors), banking, FinTech, AltFi and telco industries. His specialist skills are geared to NPD, market sizing and opportunity assessments, benchmarking, and best practice identification. He also heads KAE’s FinTech practice as well as KAE’s wider marketing and business development activity.

Ernest Rolfson
Founder & CEO FinexioErnest Rolfson is the founder and CEO of Finexio, an Orlando-based fintech startup that has raised $5m in investment capital to date. Finexio’s smart B2B payment network eliminates paper check payments for middle and large market companies. Finexio helps their business customers intelligently determine the best way to pay vendors and suppliers, then routes their payments digitally without requiring bank account information. On average, Finexio is able to convert over 60% of their clients’ paper checks to electronic payment, saving time and money and increasing customer and supplier happiness. Prior to starting Finexio in 2015, Ernest was a Vice President of Corporate Alliances at Change Healthcare, the largest US healthcare payments company, where he identified and developed unique fintech investment and partnership opportunities. Before Change Healthcare, Ernest led the healthcare business at MasterCard, and advised CFOs on business payments as a founding member of Ernst & Young’s West Coast Working Capital Advisory group. Ernest graduated with a BA in History from New York University. He also holds a MSc in International Public Policy from University College in London, England.

He has a breadth of knowledge in providing valuable solutions in all facets of payments in both the financial services world as well as in the commercial sector; P2P, B2B and other permeations. He has led organizations in both solution provider and solution receiver environments and is currently responsible for the growth of industry leader FIS’ Money Movement Business which includes all forms of payment interaction including business to business solutions like Integrated Payables and Invoice-to-Pay.

He held various leadership roles in consumer card, the merchant services business and most recently commercial payments. He lead the middle market commercial card team that oversaw over $120B in charge volume. After Amex, he consulted with numerous financial services companies on sales effectiveness. He recently joined the business development team at Paywith Extend a mobile virtual card app based in New York.
